The space Naturescape is perfectly located on the outskirts of the township of Margaret River surrounded by a cathedral of Karri trees and natural bush. It is a quiet and private sanctuary, spread across 2 and a half acres that is home to many species of birds and wildlife. The relaxed Provence style gardens are spectacular in Spring when the olive grove, native gum trees, lavender and rosemary bring the garden to life. The original farm house is open plan and comfortable with 3 bedrooms (2 brand new super comfortable Queen beds plus 2 singles), two bathrooms and a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a large library/music/reading room, potbelly fireplace and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, new fridge and sparkling clean oven. Outside are couches on the verandah for sitting and watching the wildlife and an undercover area with a BBQ for alfresco dining. The tree lined avenue is perfect for morning walks or venture further into town and take the path to cafes and shops which is about 20 minutes on foot. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house. Pricing is based on the number of guests. Other things to note Neighbours are about 50m away.
