Located in the Les Corts district, next to Barcelona Football Club's Camp Nou, opposite Collblanc metro, L5, L9 and L10, direct to the center, beaches, AVE Station and Airport. Very close to the Diagonal and the North and South Campus of the University, with all kinds of shops, supermarkets and stores in a quiet neighborhood. The space Cozy and modern room with all amenities: in addition to a bed with a new mattress, it has a desk, chair, space to connect a laptop, TV, heater and fan, large closets, full-length mirror, parquet floor and shoe rack. With a window to ventilate it (we have never considered it necessary to install air conditioning) and, having a quiet neighborhood, it is quiet to be able to rest at any time. The total cleaning of the room and the private bathroom, as well as the change and washing of towels and sheets, are always included in the final price. Guest access The guest can use the renovated kitchen, with all kinds of appliances; table, chairs, TV and a large living room with air conditioning; all in an elegant apartment with parquet and armored door in a royal estate with elevator and parking in the same building. You will also have a full, personal and private bathroom, also renovated, brand new. The total cleaning of the room and the private bathroom as well as the weekly change and washing of towels and sheets, are always included in the final price. During your stay I am home most of the time, so we can help the guest in case they need it during their stay. In any case, the guest can contact us via our mobile phones at any time.
