The space Right next to the house, the main artery of Tartu begins, Rüütli Street, Town Hall Square is only 400 meters away, a large number of restaurants, cafes, entertainment facilities and shopping opportunities are only within a 10-minute walk. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are Toomemägi, which is full of greenery, the botanical garden and the Emajõgi River for walks. About the history of the house: one of the most important occupations in the last century was located here – the central station for telephone communications. To send a telegram and later make a long-distance call, the townspeople had to take steps in this very building. On the first floor there are two cozy CAFES.
