Yoo Apartelle in Villasis, Pangasinan. Our building is located along the highway so it's location is easy to find and transportation is available 24/7. It's a one bedroom unit with it's own living room and dining space. It's decorated with a tropical feel so it feels like a staycation! Please note that since the unit is located beside the highway, some vehicle noise can be heard. The space Our unit is about 40 sqm in total. It is located at the second floor of our building which is newly built. This unit is equipped with: - 30 mbps wifi - TV with cable - queen bed - refrigerator - hot water kettle - microwave - plates, cutlery, cups and glasses - toiletries ( shampoo, toothbrush, soap, tissue) - hot water heater - free netflix We also don't allow cooking so please take note of this before making a reservation. Floor mattress will only be provided if it's indicated in the booking that there's a 3rd person staying. We run a UV disinfectant with ozone generator from time to time to fully sanitize the unit and remove any lingering smell. We have a covered parking area available for use but this is shared with our other airbnb unit so it's first come first serve. But we have plenty of parking space outside the building. There are two SM malls located near our unit. SM Rosales is a 5-7 minute drive (3 kms away) and SM Urdaneta is 10-15 minute drive (9 kms away). If you wish to commute, buses and jeepneys can easily be found right outside the building. Travelling on to Baguio, La Union, Dagupan or Manila? Buses pass by in front of the building. We don't allow smoking inside the unit but unit has a balcony where guests can. We have the option to self check in so guests can check in at anytime after 2 pm but we live just at the back of the building so we can also meet and greet you if you need assistance checkin in. Other things to note I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: - We use a UV-C hospital grade disinfectant to thoroughly disinfect the space before each guest arrives - We also provide hand wash, disinfectant sprays or sheets such as Lysol or Clorox for your stay - Our cleaners wear gloves and mask while cleaning - We also use a disinfecting mat for all guests to step on before entering all spaces
