With hilltop views of Avon River Valley & world's highest tides filling the Minas Basin - the property has fruit trees & modernized buildings with Victorian details. Near wineries & golf courses. •heated pool (May-Oct) •8 person hot tub (all year) •sauna cabin (all year) •fitness room •firepit (all year) •apple u-pick (Aug-Nov) The space The brand new, 1200 square foot Cellar Suite offers a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a micro-bedroom with a twin bed. Two additional guests may stay in the spacious living room, utilizing the convertible chair bed and a cot, for a maximum total of 5 guests. This suite offers the perfect option for a small group of friends or a family who prefer a larger, comfy space to spread out and relax, between enjoying the many amenities on the property. This lux suite includes the private fitness room, accessible only to guests of this suite, making this the best option for a health and wellness getaway! This suite came to be after a major renovation of the Main House, where the house was lifted, removing the original field stone foundation, and installing an eco-friendly geothermal heating and air system. The construction and comfortable contemporary decor is brand new, having never been occupied except by our guests. The original field stones have found new homes throughout the property where guests may enjoy them as fire pits and garden beds. Although the property draws guests to all the outdoors has to offer, there is also a 42" smart TV with Netflix and surround sound in a comfortable, spacious living room, should you wish for some private indoor time. This suite DOES NOT have a full kitchen, however you will have a mini-fridge, microwave, basic dishes, a food prep/service counter and a counter height dining area. PLEASE NOTE — A MAXIMUM OF FIVE GUESTS ARE PERMITTED IN THIS SUITE. ALL GUESTS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION. ~ Thank you. Guest access Guests have access to the heated in-ground pool (generally open from May-October, weather depending), 8-person hot-tub, 2 large fire-pits surrounded by adirondack chairs, cedar sauna cabin, outdoor games (washer toss, croquet...), hammocks, gardens, and laundry facilities. Other things to note On the property, we operate a fashion design and manufacturing studio that supplies our five stores across Canada. Guests are welcome to tour the building and shop the spacious showroom, if interested.
