Complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar are provided to help you start each morning right. Please note: This unit does not have a dishwasher, stove, or oven. During peak season, internet service may be slow and is best suited for texting only. We do not recommend planning to work remotely from the villas due to limited and unreliable connectivity. If dependable internet access is important for your stay, our villas may not be the right fit for your trip. Rental Policies This is a smoke-free property. The picnic table in the front by the boulevard is the only designated smoking area. Pets require pre-approval. A maximum of one pet is allowed. An additional pet fee of $75–$150 applies depending on length of stay. Due to API connection limitations, this fee is charged separately on third-party platforms. Pack-n-play is available by reservation only. Please request at booking. Linens are not provided. A charcoal grill is available for guest use on the shared riverside patio.
