Welcome meal set with dry wine The space The space consists of living room, dining area and kitchen leading to balcony, 1 bedroom and bathroom. The living room is 40 square meter, with dining set of four nice chairs and chic glass table. Stylish sitting group of armchairs has one L-shaped comfortable unit and one one-person armchair. L-shaped corner set may be used as bed for the third guest. You will enjoy Samsung Smart TV 55" with Hotbird and Turksat satellites' channels. There are also 4 different IPTV service providers with many channels, movies and serials in English, Russian and Turkish languages, in addition to many other countries. Moreover, you will watch Youtube and Netflix with already logged-in, ready-to-use Netflix account. The glass table may also be used as a small office area, to put some documents or a laptop on it. Small touches with elegant pictures and mirror on walls and chic ornaments, table lamp, and candles and their holders on surfaces are totally admired by guests. We highly care guests' health and provide First Aid Kit. A 12000 BTU air conditioner provides cooling at summer and heating in winter. Well-distributed lightening is achieved with stylish ceiling lights. A water dispenser with 3 temperature choices, and a ventilator are ready in the place. You can listen to your favorite music from your usb stick, CD or iPhone via our playback device with radio. Steel door with double locks and password system with buttoned panel on door provides complete security. All PVC windows and doors of the house have extra locks on them for improved security. Kitchen includes all necesary utensils, all small necessities and household appliances including microwave of high quality and chic toaster. Pool and garden view from the window increases home enjoyment. Large, spacious, nicely decored bedroom with wooden bed and always and perfectly clean linens, also contains cool wooden commodines with stylish night lamps on them, and wooden glamorous dressers. Pier glass and some decorations on walls beautify even more the place. A full sized cabinet with clothes hangers is also present, in addition to 12000 BTU air conditioner. Wicker weave nice laundry basket is for guests' comfort and visual pleasure, a place for dirty laundry prevents clutter. Toilet bowl smell and quality hair dryer are available at the bathroom. In most of the year, hot water at kitchen and bathroom is obtained from solar water panels. If water is not enough hot for taking a shower, an instant water heater in bathroom and a preheater at roof are available, both electrical. You can benefit of the stylish pool during summer time. There is no time limitation. Inner lights are off at 22:30. Well maintained garden with ornamental flowers and plants is also an attraction spot. A round table and 3 chairs are available on the balcony, which can be benefited while taking some drink, dining and watching the beautiful green mountain scenery. They can be moved to the garden, between the apartment and the pool. That area can also be used for barbecueing. Guests can use the balcony door in order to reach the pool in 3 meters. Smoker guests may use this balcony for smoking. Sunbed can be used at the common roof while benefiting from sun, fresh air and spectacular scenery. Best spot for relaxing, resting and refreshing under blue sky with total silence. Guest access Guest(s) will always have full access to whole apartment and there will be no one else there. Every guest group has access to all parts of the apartment regardless of guest number. In every reservation, the apartment belongs completely and solely to that booker group. Guests will access the communal pool freely without any limit. Also part of the garden between the pool and the apartment can be used always freely for barbecue, sitting, eating, sunbathing. Roof of the building can be used always for short duration, for having some fresh air and watch the sea and mountains. For longer durations, please contact us at least one day before. Other things to note COMPLIMENTARY: Up to 10 kW (long stays) or 15 kW (short stays) of average electricity consumption per day is free of charge. This amount is enough in almost all stays, usually except July. Consumption over this amount will be charged for €0.25 per kW of extra electricity used, according to the meter unit. Tap water consumption is totally free. Gas cylinder for stove and its replacement is free. Welcome drinking water: One or two 19 lt full carboys are present. For guests happiness and enchantment, one bottle of Welcome Wine 70 cc is found in the place. We offer Welcome Breakfast, only once, for stays longer than 2 nights, at the check-in day, with at least 7 of these: eggs, milk, oat or corn cereal, bread, labne cream halloumi cheeses, jam, sheep yoghurt, olive, tuna fish, almond, cookie, fruit, juice, Cyprus speciality. This breakfast may save the day, especially after voyage tiredness and stress. Sunflower oil, salt and black pepper and also sugar, coffee and tea are available at the flat for guests as basic materials. In addition, big bottle of drinking water is also present. All towels (hand and body), bed linens, throws, covers, blankets including rugs, sofa covers and cushions are renewed after each guest group. All bed linens and towels are washed on a 90 degree wash. Great attention is given to hygiene making sure that all surfaces in the apartment are disinfected including door handles, remote controls, appliances' buttons and handles, electric buttons, tap valves. All necessary home equipment such as wide range of kitchen utensils, iron and ironing table, laundry hanger, electric room heater, vacuum cleaner, wiping bucket, cream cleaner, bleach or floor cleaner, cleaning cloths, 3-step ladder, broom with handle and electrical extension cable are present in place. Also some other small tools such as electric mosquito repeller or gas lightener are available. These are all for guests usage. One water glass volume of washing machine powder per week of stay and also 3 tablets of dishwashing detergent per week of stay are made ready in the apartment prior to check-in. Small and big size garbage bags, paper towels and napkins are also available. One roll of toilet paper per week of stay is presented. These amenities are offered once, guests should provide any additional need themselves. Guests are not supposed to replace consumed foods or used goods. All guests are informed prior to check-in, about the household appliances usage, especially on control panels and remote controls, if any. Pictures with instructions on them showing buttons or displays are sent to guests. Our guests are not supposed to leave the apartment very clean. Between successive guests, cleaning and gathering around are accomplished by apartment owners. Guests may request cleaning of the apartment during their stay. This may be accomplished for a fee of €45 each, up to one time a week, in the absence of guests. It is a very throurough cleaning including dishes, pillows.
