Charlicks Farm is a quaint 2 bdrm renovated 1870’s farm cottage with open fireplace, lush gardens w bbq and surrounding farm land with sheep and kangaroos at dusk. Just 8kms from Hisgtorical Strathablyns antique & old ware stores, cafes, pubs, restaurants. Close to the Langhorne Creek and Currency Creek wineries & 20 min drive to the coastal areas of Historical Goolwa & Port Elliot and Victor Harbour with beautiful beaches and tourist attractions. Set at the end of a private, quiet dirt road. The space A quaint 2 bedroom cottage on a farm furnished in keeping with the character of the area with a beautiful open fireplace and warm and cosy charm. There are no neighbours to be seen but a tractor or two might come past here and there! The Nurragia walking trails are right at the end of the road Continental and cooked breakfast ingredients, home made goodies and firewood supplied as part of your stay. Farm fresh eggs! Guest access The fenced cottage property is completely yours to enjoy but the neighbouring sheds are off limits to guest as this is a working farm. You may see us here and there when sheep need to be fenced or a paddock sowed or reapt. Please feel free to say hi! Other things to note We do have a friendly resident farm cat called Gus. He loves a pat and will happily accompany you wherever you please. We prefer he stays outside but he may follow you in if you’re not careful!
