The space With a filtered lake view, a luxurious bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen, the studio offers a calm, private space to unwind. The king bed, generous bath, and spacious living area make it feel instantly comfortable. You’re just 450 metres from Metung’s cafés, hotel, and boardwalk — perfect for morning coffee, easy strolls, and sunset walks along the water. The rejuvenating thermal Metung Hot Springs are only a five‑minute drive away. A private north‑facing deck, BBQ, and thoughtful touches throughout complete the experience. The studio is ideal for a single or couple's getaway or equally suited for a business person with WiFi and inbuilt USB charging points. Guest access Guests have private access to the Studio and an allotted parking space in the driveway. Please note climbing of several stairs is required to enter the property. Please see the photos. We have one cat that lives on the property, but it is not allowed in the studio. Other things to note The Gippsland Lakes are East Gippsland's Riviera. With over 420 square kilometres of inland waterways, fishing and boating are key activities. Metung has the Hot Springs, a Country Club golf course and peaceful walks along it's shorelines. The iconic waterside Metung Hotel and several good cafes and restaurants are within walking distance from the Studio. The Lakes offer a beautiful environment with abundant birdlife and natural nearby attractions such as the Ninety Mile Beach, Buchan Caves and several National Parks. Metung is just over a two hour drive from the ski fields of Mt Hotham and Dinner Plain through the beautiful Tambo Valley and historic Omeo.
