Mariscos, holiday seafront house

Holiday house Mariscos is situated less than 20 metres from a beautiful bay on the Mediterranean Sea. It situated on the first line towards the sea in the Costa Brava area in Porto de la Selva, Spain. Family and friends gathering. For those who like swimming, snorkelling or sunbathing, there is the bay at a 3 minutes walk. Our house is suitable for couples, families ( with children), friends, business travelers and furry friends ( pets ). Since April 2025 there is glasfiber Wifi and airco. The space The house comprises a lounge dining room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 topbed, two bathrooms, plus 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Also on the premises are a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house can be heated and there is satellite-TV. Guest access All terraces, garden and house, except garage. Other things to note A strong wind can blow, so it is important that there is a secluded garden. The collection point of the key is a realestate agency ,from 16.00 p.m. till 20.00 p.m. then drive to CasaMariscos. If possible, someone from the office will accompany you to the house. You can leave the key at the key box at the house at 10:00 a.m. when you leave. 6 regular beds are new .
