The space **Limited availability!** Onetangi Oasis has it all - luxury, style, indoor & outdoor living, sun, views, a swimming pool & a spa pool! This new cedar house is set on the hillside above Onetangi beach, with fabulous views both across the Hauraki Gulf but also out to the side where you get city views..you feel like you are on top of the world! The entrance to the property is on the top level, which has a relaxed living area, the master bedroom & ensuite, a second bedroom and guest loo.  Downstairs is the main living level, with a well designed designer kitchen, a stylish dining area and a relaxed living area. This opens along the northern side onto the huge deck, with a lovely outdoor lounge area, a swimming pool & spa pool.  The expansive views from the deck are framed by the lovely Pohutukawa tree.  On this level there are 2 further bedrooms & a bathroom. Set in a nicely planted garden, the kids can explore the larger property & find a trampoline & treehouse! Just a short walk up the hill is the fun Eco Zipline, while Onetangi Beach is a short drive or a good walk down a path if you are feeling energetic! Onetangi is 2 kms of golden sand (many say it is the best beach on Waiheke!), and there are also 3 great restaurants & cafes to choose from. Within a few miles are multiple other great wineries & restaurants, and Ostend & Oneroa are within 10 minutes drive. Each stay incurs a $380 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy. Families and mature groups only. Other things to note We have a large deck with plenty of space to entertain and there are some great adventures for kids to be had down by the water tanks out back and in and under the beautiful Pohutukawa tree. They might find a trampoline & a treehouse!
