A comfortable flat with 2 double room with their own private bathroom on a quiet residential street. In the apartment, you will find all conveniences. The bedroom are perfectly soundproofed. They have air conditioner, electric blinds and full curtains. Beddings (160 X 200) are new, comfortable by their high-quality. In the bathroom, sheets and hand towels are gracefully supplied, as well as the shower gel and the shampoo. You can have a comfortable, spacious and bright living room with a curved screen to watch DVDs. The living room open on a high-rising and huge balcony of about ten square meters with a city/ Atals mountains view! There is also a fully-equipped kitchen: electrical household appliances, dishes, pantry, coffee machine, etc. You can use a washing machine and a clothes dryer in a laundry next to the kitchen. You will have a good WiFi connection in the whole apartment. A housekeeper can make your bed daily. If you need more cleaning or some cook, can deal with her directly (for an additional charge). There is also a garage space for one car (let us now in your reservation) . Guest access You will have an access to a high-standing and high-rising terrasse on the rooftop including a huge jacuzzi, comfortable sunbathing mattresses and a barbecue corner. Other things to note Bring back people, moroccan female or male in the apartment is STRICTLY forbidden for travelers in Morocco. We are always in a social mood, quite familiar about Marrakech life, we can get in touch with a lot of people here in the city. By the way, we can, if possible, help you to organize your trip. It is a non-smoking flat : the terrace and the balcon should be useful for this. We are sensitive by saving a maximum energy : we'll appreciate you switch the lights off and close the jacuzzi when you leave the apartment or go to sleep.
