It is on the 14th floor of block A, equipped with a queen bed, sofa bed, air cond., wifi and SmarTV. Condominium with gym, heated pool, sauna and toy library, among others. Close to Hard Rock Cafe, Rua 24h/Bus Linha Turismo, Av. Batel, Arena da Baixada and Hosp. Pequeno Príncipe (see + details below). Parking included in the daily rate! The space 32m² studio with integrated kitchen/living room/bedroom, west face (afternoon sun), excellent natural light, well ventilated and with a beautiful view of the city in the best location of Batel/Centro, one of the safest regions of Curitiba. Space with furniture planned and fully equipped (household utensils, crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, blender, hairdryer and bed, table and bath items). Bathroom with box blindex, desk with executive chair and kitchen with frost free frost refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, electric oven and granite countertop. Capacity for up to 2 people in comfort: - QUEEN Bed; - Sofa; - Air-conditioning; - WIFI; - SmartTV 40"" with Netflix, YouTube and open channels; - Gas heating in the kitchen and bathroom; - Basic supplies (salt, pepper sugar, coffee chocolate, napkin, paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and conditioner) to make your stay easier; - For babies we have a bath available. A magnetic card will be provided for access to the apartment and common areas of the building (in case of loss, there is a small fee to charge for replacing it). A set of towels (per guest) and one bed linen (for every 2 guests) will be provided during the stay. The cleaning will be done after check-out or upon request (with additional cost, in this case). For you to feel at home and enjoy the space, in addition to respecting those who will come later and those who take care of the cleaning of the Studio, we ask that care be taken to the use of available objects, that the resources be rationally consumed, such as water and electricity (turning off lights, air conditioning and all electrical equipment when leaving the apartment) and that you respect the other residents and the rules of the condominium, in addition to keeping the environment clean and organized. Cost apart - chips directly at the reception; - Game room; - Gourmet Salons, Barbecueiras and Irish Pub (according to availability and paid separately at the front desk - cost: 10% of the minimum wage for each booking). PLEASE NOTE: SOME SPACES IN THE BUILDING MAY BE CLOSED OR RESTRICTED FROM USE, AS IS COMMON TO ANY CONDOMINIUM. Children up to 2 years old do not pay extra and under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents; Silence between 10pm and 8am must be respected; It is not allowed: -Smoking; - Make use of illicit substances inside the studio, in the common areas of the building and in the elevator; - Parties or events in the apartment; - Sublocar; - Use the space for informal paid work with a face-to-face client; - Use and sleep in the apartment who is not included in the reservation and without the additional guest payment; In the bathroom, use the trash can to dispose of paper, absorbents, wet cloths and other objects, avoiding clogging of the toilet; Avoid frying; In the case of visits from friends or third parties during the stay, consult the host before; We count on the collaboration of guests to leave the studio organized when leaving; As the building is new, changes and installations may occur, with some noise during business hours and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon; In case of damage to the accommodation, a fee for the cost of the item may be charged if it is not restored; IMPORTANT: if any of the rules are not met, the contract will be broken and the guest will have to leave the premises immediately without refund.
