It is on the 14th floor of block A, equipped with a queen size bed, sofa bed, air conditioning, wifi and Smart TV. Condominium with gym, heated pool, sauna and playroom, among others. Close to Hard Rock Cafe, Rua 24h/Ônibus Linha Turismo, Av. Batel, Arena da Baixada and Hospital Pequeno Príncipe Hospital (see + details below). Parking included in the daily rate! The space 32m² studio with integrated kitchen/living room/bedroom, west-facing (afternoon sun), excellent natural light, well ventilated and with a beautiful view of the city in the best location of Batel/Centro, one of the safest regions of Curitiba. Space with planned and fully equipped furniture (household utensils, crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, blender, hair dryer and bed, table and bath items). Bathroom with blindex box, desk with executive chair and kitchen with frost-free refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, electric oven and granite countertop. Capacity for up to 2 people in comfort: - QUEEN bed; - Sofa; - Air conditioning; - Wi-Fi; - 40'' SmartTV with Netflix, YouTube and open channels; - Gas heating in the kitchen and bathroom; - Basic supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, chocolate, napkin, paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and conditioner) to facilitate your stay; - For babies we have a baby bath available. A magnetic card will be provided for access to the apartment and common areas of the building (in case of loss, there is a small fee to be charged for replacing it). A set of towels (per guest) and a set of bed linen (for every 2 guests) will be provided during the stay. Cleaning will be done after check-out or upon request (at an additional cost in this case). To make you feel at home and enjoy the space, in addition to respecting those who will come later and those who take care of the Studio's cleaning, we ask that you take care in the use of available objects, that resources be rationally consumed, such as water and electricity (turning off lights, air conditioning and all electrical equipment when leaving the apartment) and that you respect the other residents and the condominium rules, in addition to keeping the environment clean and organized. Guest access Condominium with: - 24-hour Concierge/Security; - Complete gym (Reebok equipment); - Heated swimming pool with 20m lane (medical examination required - subject to a fine if you receive a warning for not having one - we do not provide extra towels); - Deck/solarium, - Sauna; - Yoga/Pilates space; - Playroom; - Office (scheduling at reception); - Complete laundry. Children up to 2 years old do not pay extra and children under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents; Silence between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. must be respected; The following is not allowed: - Smoking; - Use illicit substances inside the studio, in the common areas of the building and in the elevator; - Parties or events in the apartment; - Sublease; - Use the space for informal paid work with a face-to-face client; - Use and sleep in the apartment by those who are not included in the reservation and without payment for an additional guest; In the bathroom, use the trash can to dispose of paper, absorbents, wet wipes and other objects, to avoid clogging the toilet; Avoid frying food; In the case of visits by friends or third parties during the stay, consult the host beforehand; We count on the guests' cooperation in leaving the studio organized when they leave; As the building is new, changes and installations may occur, with some noise during business hours and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon; In case of damage to the accommodation, a fee for the cost of the item may be charged if it is not restored; IMPORTANT: If any of the rules are not followed, the contract will be broken and the guest will have to leave the premises immediately, without a refund.
