Guest access Guests have exclusive access to their entire private floor, which includes: • 2 private bedrooms • 2 ensuite bathrooms • A balcony (in the large room) • A small kitchen area • High-speed Wi-Fi & HD cable TV You’re also welcome to use: • Washing & drying machine • The elevator • The rooftop terrace (7th floor) • The Vietnamese-style common area (1st floor) • Free luggage storage before check-in or after check-out We offer free laundry service (our housekeeper washes and dries your clothes). A shared first-aid kit is available on the 1st floor. Other amenities include: – Mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, iron – Towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, comb, razor – Balcony kitchen with microwave, induction stove, cookware, utensils, dining table and chairs Other things to note – Check-in time: 2:00 PM – Check-out time: 11:00 AM If you’d like to request early check-in or late check-out, just let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate. • If you arrive in Hanoi before check-in time (2:00 PM), feel free to leave your luggage at our homestay. • If your departure is much later than check-out (11:00 AM), you’re welcome to store your luggage here too. • There is a small toilet on the 1st floor that you can use while waiting.
