This is our family’s 7-floor home in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, just a 4-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. You will have exclusive use of the entire 2nd floor with two private bedrooms: one spacious master bedroom with a balcony and one smaller bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. No shared spaces on this floor. The building has an elevator, strong hot water, 24/7 security, free laundry (we wash), luggage storage, and rooftop access. Steps from beer street and local street food… The space 🏡 This is our 7-floor family home — Picturesque Hanoi Homestay — decorated with hand-painted artworks by our artist friends. You’ll stay in a private floor with 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. 🌿 Located in the Old Quarter, just 4 mins to Hoan Kiem Lake. 🏠 House layout: • 1st floor: Vietnamese-style common area & luggage storage. • 2nd–4th: Airbnb guest rooms. • 5th: Our family lives here. • 6th: Laundry (we wash for you). • 7th: Rooftop garden — perfect for relaxing. 🌺❤️🌺 Guest access Guests have exclusive access to their entire private floor, which includes: • 2 private bedrooms • 2 ensuite bathrooms • A balcony (in the large room) • A small kitchen area • High-speed Wi-Fi & HD cable TV You’re also welcome to use: • Washing & drying machine • The elevator • The rooftop terrace (7th floor) • The Vietnamese-style common area (1st floor) • Free luggage storage before check-in or after check-out We offer free laundry service (our housekeeper washes and dries your clothes). A shared first-aid kit is available on the 1st floor. Other amenities include: – Mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, iron – Towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, comb, razor – Balcony kitchen with microwave, induction stove, cookware, utensils, dining table and chairs Other things to note – Check-in time: 2:00 PM – Check-out time: 11:00 AM If you’d like to request early check-in or late check-out, just let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate. • If you arrive in Hanoi before check-in time (2:00 PM), feel free to leave your luggage at our homestay. • If your departure is much later than check-out (11:00 AM), you’re welcome to store your luggage here too. • There is a small toilet on the 1st floor that you can use while waiting.
