A caravan under the tree. Shady space for tents. Green, lots of green around, and the forest. Regional Natural Park of Chartreuse: walks, mountains, lakes, hikes, biking... calm. The space In brief: "Be sheltered, and do as you please" In detail: "At the Lair for the moment there is: An empty floor of 60 m2 upstairs, beds, a stove, a carefully made kitchen, a bathroom, dry toilets, a large table and chairs (it's more practical), good sofas near the stove, trees, ducks, a beautiful evening light and chickens. There is also a piano, books, sound, internet, herbal teas from the garden, earth walls, stones, hemp, lime, a caravan, not much parking space, green full of green around, forest and sometimes mist and vegetables from the garden." Work room (upstairs): Wooden floor 60 m2, ceiling hooks (for aerials or light, approx. 5 m+), Hi-Fi, children's equipment, gym pit (1.4 m*2 m), trapeze. Sleeping area: Mezzanine in the common area, top: 1 bed of 90 cm Mezzanine in the common area, below: 1 bed of 160 cm Work room (can be arranged as a dormitory for the night): 7 90 cm mattresses Caravan: 2 beds of 90 cm combined into 1 bed of 180 cm Camping spaces (about 3 tents) Gîte (loft on the ground floor): Equipped kitchen (gas stove/oven, fridge/freezer) 10 people 1 shower, 1 sink Guitar, Hi-fi, electric piano on request Wired internet and/or wifi (fiber!) Table and chairs for 10 people Library, board games, children's motor skills "course" upstairs. Dry toilet only, bucket to be emptied/rinsed every 2/3 days. 2nd dry toilet in a hut outside. Wood stove to heat the building, fire to maintain (we start it for your arrival) Outdoor table, umbrella, sun loungers, barbecue (grill over fire) Covered bike storage Guest access Access to the barn and its yard, garden, caravan, camping spaces Other things to note Composting toilets inside and outside, bucket to empty/rinse every 2–3 days Wood stove to heat you, if you don't know how to use it, come in summer instead!
