Our house is a simple, budget-friendly option for families or larger groups looking for a spacious place to stay in Patong. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, including free parking, and can comfortably fit up to 10 guests. We've made sure the space is practical and comfortable. Important: Please note that our house is located on a hillside with no walkways to nearby destinations. You will need to take a taxi or drive to reach most places. Distance to Patong Beach= 3 KM The space The house consists of a spacious kitchen, dining area, small toilet, guest area, working room, TV room, and 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Sleeping Arrangements: 3 Bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed and king-sized duvets 4 Single beds for additional guests. 1 Sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space (ideal for up to 6 guests). Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is separated into a cooking area and a pantry area, making it easy to prepare meals. A dining area is provided for enjoying meals together. Comfort & Amenities: 4 air-conditioning units are available throughout the house to keep you cool. A washing machine is provided for your convenience. (No detergent provided) Bathrooms : Two bathrooms, each with a hot shower and shower essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner). Guest access 4 guests can access 2 bedrooms 5 and more can access 3 bedrooms. Bedding will be provided by the number of the guest booking the house. Other things to note - The price includes electricity and water usage, with no additional charges. - Bedding and laundry are cleaned on-site. You will meet the cleaner who will come to the house to take care of the laundry during your stay (this is done in our storage room on the ground floor). - We do not provide cleaning services during your stay. - Only 1 set of keys will be provided, so please keep it safe. - We provide 1 towel per guest, but please note that towels will not be changed during your stay. - We do not provide drinking water in the house. We recommend that guests prepare their own drinking water before arriving. - There are vehicle noises from the main road
