Spacious, new vacation home in the Odenwald

Our house is located on the outskirts of town, very quiet, and very well equipped. Up to 6 people 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and baby crib - and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each - only available when booking 5 people or more) - no safety gate on the stairs. The heating runs from October to April, otherwise there is a wood-burning stove in the basement for cool days. There is plenty to experience in the area: castles, nature and much more... and Looking forward to seeing you soon! The space 100 sqm apartment (completely separate part of the building - annex to the original house) for up to 6 people. The house has two floors - downstairs is the large living-dining room, the guest toilet and the kitchen, as well as a wood-burning stove for cool days outside the heating season. There is also a small terrace for sunny days with table, chairs and umbrella. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms - large bedroom with 1 double bed 180 x 200 cm, wardrobe with small safe, desk and sofa for bookings with 2 people, another bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm and large wardrobe for booking 3 to 4 people, as well as a small bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm and wardrobe for bookings from 5 (6) people - as well as the bathroom. The amenities: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and wardrobe 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 - incl. 1 baby crib, wardrobe, 1 small safe, sofa and desk 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and wardrobe Large bathroom with shower/toilet - a bathtub is not available - use of the washing machine only by prior arrangement 1 x per week - for at least 5 days stay - + additional guest toilet on the first floor. Kitchen with stove and oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, bread slicer, fridge-freezer, microwave. Fully equipped: dishes, pots, pans, bowls, cutlery, glasses - everything is there. The dining-living room with dining table for 6 people, highchair, couch set, TV, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Everything completely new and newly furnished in 2017 - in case anything should be missing: We always strive to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible and to constantly improve our vacation home. Linens, towels, (for in-house use only) detergent and liquid soap are provided. Behind the apartment only meadows - no traffic noise - here the fox and rabbit (very quietly) say good night Guest access The guest house is an annex to our house. Our guests therefore have their own house with their own front door - just "wall to wall" with our house. Other things to note The Odenwald is a hilly area - and so our house is also located on a hill. To get to the entrance of the house, therefore, a few steps must be taken into account and to the upper floor, the bedrooms lead a somewhat steep staircase The house is a non-smoking home and we ask our guests to respect that. Unfortunately, due to unpleasant experiences in the past, we do not allow pets.
