It can easily accommodate 2 large families. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Merville battery, the paths leading into the countryside and its stud farms, the marshes. The sea is 1.4 km away. The beach, kitesurfing spot, nautical club and Orne estuary are easily accessible by car, on foot or by bike. A bike path passes in front of the house. 6 km from Cabourg, 30 km from Deauville, 15 km from Caen. In the garden, you can play ping-pong, have a barbecue, and soak up the sun in the deckchairs.
