Whether it's summer or winter there are no shortage of activities; water skiing, snow skiing, bush walking, mountain biking etc. It's short stroll to the lake, with ramp access less than 1km away. The Bonnie Doon Hotel is literally out the back & Mansfield town ship and Mt Buller all just minutes away by car. The space Mudita sleeps 8 people, has three bedrooms, two queen rooms & two sets of bunks, sleeping four witih 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. - Pet friendly. - All linen is provided, no towells to be taken to the lake. - Air contioning/ heating in all rooms, ceiling fans and coonara. - We offer free WIFI. - Aldi coffee pod mahcine - Two BBQs, one with a hood for roasting. - Washing machine - Porta cot - High chair - Board games / books - Washing machine & clothes horse & Clothes line - Iron & ironing board - Large decking area with beautiful views - Large outdoor entertaing are with 2nd fully equiped kitchen and enertaing area A great fire pit for roasting marshmellows and keeping warm on chilly nights. Plenty of room for parking on property. Extra guests after 8 is AU$30pp per night, must be approved by owner and need to provide own bedding. If you are using a swag or tent, or caravan it must placed after the fire pit at the back of the yard, and must be approved by host. Boat ramp is 1km from house, pub is at the back of the property but far enough away from the noise. Guest access Access to whole house upstairs and downstairs. NO access to garage , shed or caravan.
