The final cleaning of €55 is always added to the overnight price and, as of 01/01/2018, the bed tax in H. of 2.75% on the pure overnight price. Bed linen, towels, etc. can be booked or brought along. Airbnb doesn't charge babies and toddlers for the price. My prices are not calculated that way. I also charge one person for children and babies. Please note: During the holidays, I only rent at least weekly, with short-term availability or booking gaps, I am happy to rent for shorter periods.
