Large sunny house in one of Auckland’s best locations with tree lined street and gardens. This is a quiet cul-de- sac street. There is a bed room at the back of the house with double sized bed, desk and built in wardrobe. There is street and off street parking available. Location is close to public transport, shopping centres, parks and restaurants. We are older flatmates who have professional business backgrounds. There is a Burmese cat, Chico, who is friendly. The space Our Epsom home is large and spacious. There are beautiful established trees and garden on the property. The House has a large lounge, open plan dining room and kitchen. We are a family that enjoys cooking and having meals together. Breakfast is provided and visitors can use the pantry supplies. We are close to Newmarket which is a shopping and entertainment centre. If you enjoy walking The volcanic cone Mt Eden, Eden Gardens And The Auckland Domain are close. Newmarket is a transport hub with trains and buses to all of Auckland’s attractions. Guest access House can be accessed from front staircase or from the back garden entrance. Shared bathroom next to bedroom. Lower studio area occupied. Lounge, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, dining area and garden all accessible for guests. During your stay We are available to help our guests have the best experiences while visiting Auckland. We have good local knowledge and have interests in sport, music and the arts. Other things to note Communication is the key to an enjoyable stay.
