The apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse which, to ensure maximum privacy, is entirely dedicated to guests: it consists of two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large built-in shower and a large open space with four additional single beds. The swimming pool, for guests' use, is located in the garden of the house and is always accessible from May to October (weather permitting). The house is located on a hill about 450 meters above sea level, from which you can admire a panorama that stretches for tens of kilometers over the Parma hills and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine chain; this altitude is considered climatically optimal: cool in summer and sunny in winter. It is possible to make excursions (even guided) on foot and by bicycle starting directly from Case Crovina and on horseback from the closest stables (Circolo Ippico Parco Stirone).
