You will find a living room with a sofa bed, a table for 4, a kitchenette and a desk in the loggia and a TV. Then there is a separate bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a closet. The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle and toilet. I don't rent for 4 adults, the apartment is not suitable. The space The apartment is 30 m2, nicely decorated, it is very pleasant to live in. There is a well-equipped kitchenette and a small bathroom with a shower cubicle and washing machine. There is also a workspace with a desk overlooking the entrance to the boat in the harbor. It is an apartment for 2 adults with a maximum of 2 young children, I do not rent it for 4 adults. I can provide the sheets for a fee of €20, to be paid when you come. You must request them via Airbnb messaging at least 72 hours before your arrival. Otherwise, please bring your sheets in 140 x 190 cm and pillowcases 60 x 60 cm. For your comfort, I also offer the rental of a reversible mobile air conditioner for the lump sum of €10 per day to be paid on site, which must be booked in advance. The apartment is less than 4 km from the Christmas Village of Le Barcarès and the Festival des Déferlantes. The Les Portes de la Méditerranée residence is surrounded by water, it is located on the Port of Leucate between the pond and the sea. The view from the apartment overlooks the harbor channel, where you can see the comings and goings of pleasure boats as well as the oyster farmers who harvest on the pond. The residence, very quiet, is ideally located a few steps from the shops but sheltered from the crowd.
