A nice and quiet private room in a wonderful house with shared bathroom. Very new and comfortable. Located in the peaceful Albaicin district, yet only a few minutes to the city center. Air conditioning and heating available in the rooms, which is useful in Granada! It is possible to find parking for free on the adjacent street. The space A comfortable and pleasant house, located in the lower Albayzín district in Granada. The house has two bedrooms, a fantastic terrace where you can sunbathe with an amazing view of the city, and a lower patio that is part of the main living space. It has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The guest bathroom is shared. The house is quite new and modern as it was built only a few years ago. The living room and kitchen are next to the patio, separated by a large window, which is usually completely open in summer, making the kitchen, living room and patio one large living space. There is car parking very near, and this side of the Albayzín is very accessible by car, The city centre (Cathedral) and the Alhambra are only ten minutes walking. We are also home to some cute and affectionate cats which mainly stay downstairs. We keep things pretty clean so as not to disturb allergy sufferers. We love this city and this region and we know all the special corners, amazing places and a lot of things that you mustn't miss. We are happy to show you personally or give you advice. Because we can show you a lot of places and because our house is a wonderful place, very relaxing and quiet but next to the centre of the bustling city of Granada Guest access You may use the well-equipped and modern kitchen, washing machine, there is a patio between the kitchen and the living room, there is a terrace for sunbathing with a wonderful view. You can enjoy the fireplace in winter, and there is heating in all rooms. During your stay We usually give a lot of information to our guests about streets, sights, tapas bars, restaurants, places outside the city or even other cities. We love speaking in English (or Spanish!) and meeting people from other places.
