The space First Floor Area – Relaxation and View in Gallipoli This portion of the villa, located on the first floor, offers a separate entrance and a large private terrace furnished with a table, armchairs and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing outdoors overlooking the garden and the surrounding countryside. The interiors, characterized by high ceilings and thick walls with wardrobes made from ancient niches, include: Two bedrooms: one double and one with a queen-size bed Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, refrigerator, cookware and utensils Bathroom with shower and hairdryer Air conditioning in the hallway (recommended to keep the doors of the rooms open to circulate fresh air) Mosquito nets and complimentary Wi-Fi The kitchen allows access to the common garden located on the ground floor, shared with the other guest area and with the owner family. In the garden, you will find large relaxation areas with tables, chairs, sun loungers, stone barbecues, green lawns, and benches. 💼 Upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit with water, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, coffee, sugar, oil, and salt. 🛏️ Bed linen and towels are not automatically included, but can be requested in advance for an additional fee through the laundry service. 📍 The villa is a 5-minute drive from the beaches of Gallipoli and 2 minutes from the city center. The bathroom is complete with shower and hairdryer. From the kitchen you can access the shared garden, located on the ground floor, which offers large relaxation spaces with tables, chairs, sun loungers and stone barbecues. In the garden you will also find an ornamental pond with colorful fish and curious turtles, and a little further on a cheerful chicken coop with happy hens.
