This is a self contained boutique style holiday cottage set in a quiet countryside setting, with modern, fashionable & stylish interior yet still retaining some original features. We represent excellent value for money and set our bar very high in what we want our guests to experience. The inside space consists of two large rooms (bedroom and separate living room/kitchen) plus WC and the outside space has the relaxing hot tub on the patio with beautiful views across the Welsh countryside The space This is a light and airy spacious cottage with a living room/kitchen/dining area in the one room and large bedroom with a luxurious and comfortable Kingsize bed in the other plus separate WC and shower with a double sofa bed in the lounge area with bedding for the sofa bed provided for the 3rd & 4th guests ONLY unless otherwise requested Guests have full use of the cottage, private garden/patio with hot tub and fantastic views of the Welsh countryside and have parking facilities in the courtyard directly outside the cottage. The hot tub in this cottage is for use by 2 adults maximum at any one time. We do have larger cottages with hot tubs for up to 4/5 adults at any one time There is also a communal games room with pool table, air hockey, table football etc FREE to use (no charge for any of them) for all our guests along with the outside games area with footpool table, bowling alley etc for hours of family fun and don’t forget the amazingly cute alpacas and extremely friendly sheep!! Guest access Guests have access to the whole space Other things to note The cottage is dog friendly for up to 2 small/medium dogs and has its own private garden with dogs ideally but not essentially being crate trained. We do ask that dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture during your stay or if they are likely too then please bring your own blankets/throws with you as a matter of courtesy. Please make us aware beforehand if you are bringing any dogs with you. We do cater specifically for couples and families and offer a relaxed, quiet and peaceful surrounding We do not accept group bookings such as birthday parties, hen nights, stag nights, girls/lads weekends away etc so please contact us if you are unsure We ask that the cottage is left as it is found and where possible things such as bins emptied, washing up done, dried and put away before departure and ALL dog excrement is removed to enable us to have a swift turnaround for all guests
