Modern 4-person recreational home in a quiet park

Welcome to Putten! On the wooded chalet park Reewold is this luxury recreational home (July 21) that I have decorated with great attention to detail. The Reewold park is small and has no facilities, so this park is very suitable for peace seekers, cyclists and hikers or families with older children (from 8 years) who can have a great time in the woods. Please note! Only available for recreational rentals, I cannot accept foreign workers. The space Upon entering, you will find the hall with access to the separate toilet and the luxurious bathroom which is equipped with a spacious shower cabin with a fine rain shower and a washing machine that also dries. In the winter months, you can even turn on the underfloor heating. Next to the hall you will find the spacious master bedroom with a nice double box spring (160x200) and a wardrobe to store your clothes. Adjacent to the wooden sliding door, you will find a 2nd bedroom with two single box spring beds (80x200) with a small coat rack on both sides and space for luggage. All tilt and turn windows are equipped with blackout roller blinds and screens to keep insects out. From the hall, you walk into the living room where the modern black open kitchen immediately catches the eye. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in refrigerator with freezer compartment, a combination microwave and of course a dishwasher and gas hob. This way you can prepare a delicious dinner and dine at the cozy round table. In the kitchen, you will also find the HR combi boiler and the cabinet with all the cleaning supplies. In the sitting area, you will find a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a separate armchair from which you can relax and watch TV. From the living room, you walk through the French doors (equipped with mosquito nets) into the garden. In the garden, there is a shed that can be locked so that bicycles are safely parked. In addition, guests have access to a lovely lounge set and a robust dining table with 4-6 chairs. You can enjoy the sun that shines in the garden from 12 noon. However, there are enough shaded areas under the umbrella or under the trees to also seek out the coolness. The plot is at the end of the lane, so you can enjoy complete peace and privacy here. You can park your car at the house next to the front door, and with a drop you can access the barrier at the entrance of the park. The house can be entered completely contactless, you will receive the simple check-in procedure a few days before arrival. The chalet has WiFi and TV with Netflix.
