The space The house is located in a high end and quiet Huntington/Greenlawn neighborhood. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this private room offers all the comfort and luxuries you need. This room has been meticulously decorated to lift you away and relax you after a long day of work or party night. A incredibly comfortable king-sized bed and plush pillows will have you peacefully sleeping the night away. Beautiful room in quiet Huntington, NY. -Most comfortable king-sized bed -pens & note pads - shared bathroom & kitchen w/ designated fridge space, microwave, stove, cooking utensils. -Relaxing backyard with patio seating and grill available -5-10 drive to everything( Malls, Hwys to NYC & LIRR). Driveway Parking. -40-1hr drive to NYC and Hampton Beaches. -15-20 minute drive to Farmingdale, Melville business area -In Huntington: nice restaurants, parks/trails, bars, lounges, pool halls, comedy clubs, etc. -Self check-in Guest access Feel at home with your own private room. Take advantage of full kitchen and living room with TV. Enjoy the quiet patio equipped with relaxing chairs and tables in summer. We also have two dogs that love to play if you are a dog person :) Interaction with guests We value your stay. As we know the area very well, we will be happy to guide you to local points of interest(i.e. restaurants, lounges, spas, malls, etc) . Please do not hesitate to address your requests or ask for any information. I am here to make your experience as smooth as can be . Other things to note No smoking indoors. Not suitable for infants and children. No pets are allowed. I ask that my please respect my home. If you book my home you will be agreeing to these clauses 1. Occupancy Clause. Provide an accurate head count when you reserve and let us know in writing before arrival if the number increases. There may be an extra fee for additional guests on the original booking. Extra people not included in the booking will cause a request to depart, and/or a penalty charge of $100 per person per night. This charge will be automatically deducted from your Security Deposit.   2. Animal Clause. All dogs must be approved in advance. No cats allowed.  Guest will be provided a pet addendum to sign. All dogs must be crated if left alone in house. Animal damage is not covered by damage warranty; guest is responsible for all damage caused by dogs. Unauthorized pets will cause a request to depart, and / or an additional charge of $100 per animal per night, plus loss of security deposit. 3. License Clause. You are not a tenant. You have acquired no leasehold in this property. You agree that you are a licensee only pursuant to NY State Code 45-2-20 et.seq. Any use of the term “rent” is for convenience only. 4. Key Clause. In the event, keys are misplaced or lost guest agrees to a $25 penalty for each key lost. Guest access Bathroom, Living room, Kitchen, and Dining room are shared areas. During your stay For questions, I may be contacted personally in-house. If I happen not to be home when needed, feel free to call or text me directly any time of day. Other things to note I own a cleaning business, so the home in its entirety gets thoroughly clean weekly and before and after guest's reservations to exceed guests' expectations.
