The space Free parking conveniently next to home on a quiet street. This is a quiet neighborhood and there is a strict no party policy. Located in a side by side duplex; I own both sides. Each side is an identical layout with a separate entrance. Directly inside the main blue door to the arctic entry there are separate doors for the left or right side. The left unit has a bright south facing deck just off the kitchen for morning coffee or evening socializing. The right unit has a deck with wrap-around bench seating with a canopy of huge evergreens just off the kitchen. Up a historic flight of stairs that might be steeper than you're used to is the second level with both bedrooms and the bathroom so please take care for travelers that may have difficulty with stairs.
