NO FIREPLACE USE TV STREAMING ONLY The space Permit #201055 Located across the street from Rio Del Mar Beach, enjoy long walks, and beautiful sunsets along the largest beach in Santa Cruz County. Walk to restaurants, delis and cafés. The town of Aptos is located about one mile away, and offers all the convenience’s you could need. This recently refurbished three story home offers great space for multiple families, with an open living and dinning space, and kitchen on the second floor, as well as laundry room half bath and large back deck. The first floor offers two bedrooms, one with two twins, and one with two twins with trundles and one full bath with a stall shower. The third floor offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bedroom having a king bed, ocean view, balcony, wood burning fireplace and private bath. The other two rooms offer a king bed, and queen bed. Guest access Guest has full access to the home, there is plenty of parking with a carport and additional street parking. There is a washer and dryer on the second floor next to additional fridge for extra food and drinks. Other things to note No Large gathering or events. Quiet after 10pm, noise restrictions through Santa Cruz County. No over crowding of the property. Maximum of 12 overnight guest and a total of 16 during the day Saturday check in and out all summer bookings. Must check in and out through the Cheshire Rio Realty office, open 9 am to 5 pm Monday- Saturday and 9 am- 4 pm on Sunday. Please notify us prior if you will be arriving after hours. A starter pack of supplies is provided for your stay; 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, sponge, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and hand soaps. Anything beyond that; you will need to supply Cheshire Rio Property Management Policies: • ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING • NO PETS ALLOWED, EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED PROPERTIES Violation of the PET RULE may result in eviction from rental property • Wifi, Cable & PGE reception is not guaranteed by Cheshire Rio. We will not give refunds if these services are interrupted during your stay by the provider. CLEANING: All of our homes are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Should you feel the home needs more cleaning upon arrival, please call us and we will do our best to send housekeeping back in. TRASH: All trash must be kept inside a closed container. We offer additional Saturday trash pick up throughout the summer, please call the office upon arrival if your unit has been missed. WHAT TO BRING: zip lock bags, charcoal, firewood, condiments, specialty spices, beach gear, beach towels, shower supplies. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3:00 PM at the Cheshire Office. Please call the office to make arrangements for key pick-up after 5:00 PM. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the Cheshire office. Please return all keys/passes/remotes to the Cheshire Rio office. THERE IS A $25.00 PER QUARTER HOUR CHARGE FOR CHECK OUTS AFTER 10:00 AM ON BACK TO BACK RESERVATIONS By moving forward with your reservation you are agreeing to the terms in the policy letter
