The Old Sunday School Bungalow is located in the quaint Cumbrian village of Dent in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Recently refurbished the cottage sleeps up to four guests (two in the double bedroom, plus one or two persons on the lounge area sofa bed) making it perfect for couples, small families or friends wanting to escape to this tranquil corner of the country. There is a log burner for cosy nights in and a hot tub for star gazing in style. The space The Old Sunday School Bungalow and Hot Tub is an ideal retreat affording superb scenic views from the chalet window across Combe Scar and Rise Hill, this compact yet cosy cottage is a perfect base from which to explore the area and its many attractions. Accommodation and facilities comprise: Access to the cottage is via a short grass path, 100m away from a quiet road where you can stop briefly to unload. Entrance hall providing storage for coats and walking boots. The cottage is entirely on one level with no internal steps. Inside there is a newly fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a timber island with four stools. The living area has a fire place with multi fuel stove, 45'' smart tv, contemporary sofa bed, and a lounge chair. Bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. Outside: Outdoor seating and the hot tub. Additional information: Heat and light, a supply of fuel for the fire, all bedding, wifi, towels & robes are included in the price. There is a large car park 150m from the cottage that has several electric vehicle charging points. Guest access The cottage features an entrance hall providing storage for coats and boots. A fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, dishwasher, extractor, microwave, kettle & toaster. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, WC, washbasin and a heated towel rail. Non Smoking. Other things to note Meadowside Coffee Shop is nearby. There are a small number of cafe outside tables & chairs on the west side of The Old Sunday School. These are separate from the Old Sunday School private outdoor space & hot tub. The field between The Old Sunday School & the river is used as a camp site for usually tents in the summer months. Can be busy on bank holiday weekends.
