In the house we live in, we rent a room with twin beds. Our house is located very near from Annecy (3 km). We have a little garden with 2 terraces. The space In the house we live in, we rent one room upstairs with twin beds. You have bathroom (double washrooms with a bath) to share with the second bedroom we rent. There are 2 toilets : upstairs and downstairs. Wifi connected. You can use our fridge, micro-wave and electric kettle. It is strictly forbidden to cook and to eat hot meal in the bedrooms. Terraces and garden : do not hesitate to come and enjoy them, to restore yourself or only to rest. Laundry : only for long stay (more than 3 nights). Guest access eets and towels are included. Your car can be parked in front of the house. For our visitors quietness, no noise after 11.00 pm (no shower, nor banging doors). No smoking inside but allowed in the garden and on terraces. The breakfasts are not included with the rooms. 7 euros per pers . If you desire, you can ask the breakfast the day before. They are served till 11am. During your stay We are always at home.
