The Cottage of Moulin de Breviande. Green nature

La Cottage du Moulin (the mill's barn) is located in a valley by a river and surrounded by woods. There is 10 ha of land in the property with wonderful walks around. There is something special to our place, the peace, the songs of the birds in the air… The space This is a 16th century house that has been beautifully renovated and modernized. The space is located in a beautiful and quite magical environment - surrounded by nature and wildlife. It is very peaceful. The location is a perfect base for day trips around the Loire Valley There is a river and pond around the house. Please be aware if you come with children. Owners are not responsible if any accident happen. Thank you Guest access Guests have access to their small house and a terrace by the water. Be careful if there are children; the water areas are not secure (stream, pond) It is also possible to walk around the 10 ha property (respecting certain rules and according to the owners) Guests have access to the indoor pool according to special schedules: generally (from 9am to 12pm and from 2:30pm to 5:30pm, to be re-specified with the owners). It is mandatory to remove your shoes in the pool room, to swim with your hair tied back and to always close the front door when you leave the pool. Children must always be accompanied by at least one adult. The owners are not responsible for accidents. There are two swings near the pool. Other things to note Upstairs Bedroom 1: queen bed Bedroom 2: bunk beds (sleeps 2, more suitable for kids Bedroom 3: 2 single beds that can be put together 1 full bath/toilet/sink Downstairs Full kitchen + dining area toilet room + laundry room Living room has big door/windows that opens to the back little terrace. The living room is nicely furnished with a couch, 2 armchairs, a wood stove, a desk, etc...
