Important: Turn off the boiler after use, otherwise the whole house will keep heating. House Rules No smoking inside the building. Do not move furniture or unplug electronics (TV, cable boxes, remotes, etc.) unless specified. No third-party bookings — only the guest who booked can check in. Pets Pets are allowed with an additional charge equal to one guest (please add during reservation). Pets are not allowed on beds. Pets must be shown to the host at check-in. Note on Building Access The unit is on the 3rd floor (ground floor is 0). There is no elevator, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or pregnant women. However, the staircase is low and manageable for luggage. Guest access Guests can use the entire house and park 1 car on the ground floor. Other things to note Our apartment is on the 4th floor, and please note there is no elevator in the building.
