Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood near an elementary school and the National Library. Within 15 minutes on foot, you can reach COEX Mall, City Airport Terminal, and 7 Luck Casino, while Cheongdam, Sinsa, and Apgujeong hot spots are just a short ride away. Press the POWER button to turn on heater. Press the SHOWER (목욕) button for hot water. After showering, press the MODE button to return to heating mode. Important: Turn off the boiler after use, otherwise the whole house will keep heating. House Rules No smoking inside the building. Please keep noise levels low after 10 PM out of respect for neighbors. Do not leave trash or have conversations in the hallway. Cleanliness I take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment. If something breaks, please fix it or let me know. Restrictions No extra or overnight guests not listed in the reservation. Do not move furniture or unplug electronics (TV, cable boxes, remotes, etc.) unless specified. No third-party bookings — only the guest who booked can check in. Pets Pets are allowed with an additional charge equal to one guest (please add during reservation). Pets are not allowed on beds. Pets must be shown to the host at check-in. Note on Building Access The unit is on the 3rd floor (ground floor is 0). There is no elevator, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or pregnant women. However, the staircase is low and manageable for luggage. Guest access Guests can use the entire house and park 1 car on the ground floor. Other things to note Our apartment is on the 4th floor, and please note there is no elevator in the building.
