Other things to note ♦ Fireworks: Handheld fireworks are allowed only in designated areas on the property until 9:30 PM. Please use a bucket of water to extinguish them and dispose of all waste properly. Please confirm the designated area with the manager upon arrival. ♦ For hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments. ※Fireworks and BBQ are prohibited during the winter. ♦ About the Pet Charge Per night, per pet: Up to 9kg – ¥2,000 10kg and over – ¥5,000 【Rentals Available】 Reservations are required and must be made at least 3 days prior to check-in. ♦ BBQ Set: ¥3,000 for a set for 5 people. Includes: Charcoal, fire starter, tongs, grill net, and griddle plate. (Condiments, food, paper plates, etc., are not provided.) ♦ BBQ Grill Fee for Bringing Your Own: ¥1,000 per grill. Same-day Cancellation Policy: Full cancellation fee applies. If canceled due to bad weather, a 50% cancellation fee applies. ※BBQ Usage Time: Available until 9:30 PM. ♦ Barrel Sauna (for 4 people): ¥15,000 for 2 hours. ※Available Hours: 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM. ♦ Portable Gas Stove: ¥500 per day. ♦ Clay Pot (Donabe) with Portable Gas Stove: ¥1,500 per day for a set for 4 people ※Bringing in your own is not permitted. 【Important Notes】 ★No speakers or other equipment are allowed. (To prevent noise issues) ※Do not play music outdoors. ★ Insects in Nature: Our location is surrounded by forest, so insects may occasionally appear. While we take thorough measures to control them, they are a part of nature, and completely eliminating them can be challenging. We kindly ask guests who are uncomfortable with insects to consider this when booking. ★ Staying with Pets: ・Please do not allow pets on tatami mats or bedding. ・We only accept dogs that are fully toilet trained. (Or please have your dog wear a diaper during the stay.) ・Bring your pet’s familiar bed, leash, and food for their comfort. ※Our facility is not specifically designed for guests with pets. ※ For the consideration of our neighbors, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing dogs that tend to bark excessively. We appreciate your understanding. ※Failure to comply may result in refusal of accommodation. ※The dog run is closed during the winter season. ※Please make sure your dog doesn't urinate or defecate on the premises or around our neighbors' homes. ★ About the Surrounding Environment During your stay, you may experience external environmental factors such as construction noise, everyday sounds from nearby residents, or occasional smells. Please note that these are outside of our control and not managed by our facility. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or discounts due to these circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding before making a reservation. ★ In the event of lost or unreturned keys, a fee of ¥30,000 will be charged to cover the cost of changing the lock and creating new spare keys. ★ Important Notice Regarding Pet Allergies: Our facility operates as a "pet-friendly" log house. While we take the utmost care in professional cleaning, it is difficult to 100% remove all pet hair or dander. For your own safety and health, we kindly ask that guests with pet allergies refrain from staying at our property. ★ While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or issues during your stay. If the house rules or manners are not respected, we may ask you to leave without a refund, especially for safety or hygiene reasons.
