The family is going on vacation, so we are opening the doors of our cozy little house. Great patio, with balcony and outdoor deck for a good breakfast! Cozy and spacious living room-kitchen. Airy house, two floors, with an excellent location, very close to the beach, around 60 meters. Three bedrooms (one of them a suite), two bathrooms and a toilet. The house is situated in a mini-condominium with access from 2 different streets, where we have 3 lofts and 2 independent houses with total privacy. All of them have access to the street facing the beach, about 80 meters that ends in the sea and guarantees little coming and going of cars. Safe and family spot. In this southern region of Campeche Beach, we are surrounded by families, native fishermen and surfers. The beach in front of the house has no crowds, a wide strip of sand and few people circulating. Neighboring market, 3 houses away. Very good restaurants about 2 km away. For those who want to eat and drink with a view, Ribeirão da Ilha and Pântano do Sul have wonderful seafood and fish. Campeche beach is next to the whale viewpoint of Morro das Pedras and Joaquina beach, with its gigantic dunes and surfing paradise! The South of the Island is known for its characteristic of being a stronghold of surfing, natural, organic food and having many vegan options. Also a place of a lot of outdoor sports, people with a naturalistic and ecological spirit. Lots of nature and few people. In this location we are surrounded by families, native fishermen and surfers. Very good restaurants about 2 km away. For those who want to eat and drink with a beautiful view, Ribeirao da Ilha and Pantano do Sul have wonderful seafood and fish.
