Our amenities are located at the second floor of the building. Just one elevator ride from our unit to the amenities floor. Kindly dispose the trash bag anytime of the day at basement 1 parking. 8. For any damaged appliance, item or furniture, guests are responsible to pay for the replacement or repair prior check out. 9. Kindly observe the check-in and check-out times. 10. Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 11. Prohibited activities include the use of illegal substances. 12. Please turn off the aircon when you leave the unit/room. 13. Ensure windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you’re away. 14. Guests will be charged extra for any stained towels, bedsheets, pillow case, linens and blankets. ========== CANCELLATION OR REBOOKING OF RESERVATION: • CANCELLATION: Not allowed. This booking is non-refundable. Payment for the reservation shall be forfeited if you cancel. • REBOOKING/MODIFICATION: We allow rebooking of reservation at least TWO WEEKS before the check in date of guests. One time charge of P1,000 per request for the rebooking fee. • CANCELLED / DIVERTED FLIGHTS: The host is not responsible for diverted or cancelled 3rd party transportation to the premises, cancellation policy still applies. • NO-SHOW POLICY: Your payment will be forfeited if you fail to arrive on your check-in date. Failure to arrive on the specified date will automatically forfeit the reservation. • FORCE MAJEURE: The host will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, diverted or cancelled third party transportation to the premises as well as national and government mandated events. We have our own parking space located at the basement level of the condo building, very accessible to the elevators straight to the condo unit. Payment for the parking shall be settled at least one day prior check-in so we can process your car entry pass. Please provide your car's plate number and car model. Payment can be made via GCash, Maya, bank deposit or fund transfer via Banco de Oro (BDO) or Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI). We're very sorry, we won't be able to receive cash payment for the parking fee on the day of your check-in or arrival. We use door lockbox in the unit so we won't always be around upon your check-in or arrival.
