Villa Sunset - a paradise between Salt-lakes

🦩🦩Villa Sunset is located in a quiet villa district of Torrevieja, 4 km from the sea and 2 km from the city center. It is located between 2 salt lakes, so you can do beautiful hiking trails. There is a large illuminated swimming pool (10x5) with various lounges, an Ibiza bar, BBQ and cozy lighting in the bar and around the pool. Around the corner you have the new recreation park with petanque courts, paddle tennis courts, fitness equipment, dog park and gymnastics lessons. The space What makes this authentic Spanish villa so special is that you have it completely to yourself. Complete privacy with the comfort of a modern home thanks to a thorough renovation. The pool and bar were last renovated in 2023. In some photos, you can see the difference in the colors of the pool. (lighter now) Inside you have a very spacious living room with 2 separate hallways to the bedrooms. Each hall/corridor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One hall is on the far left of the house and the other on the far right. Upstairs is a studio for 3 people with a huge solarium. The studio is very spacious and still authentically Spanish. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker available. For very tall people (+1.80), this space is less suitable given the low sloping ceiling. In total, there are 2.5 bathrooms with 3 toilets. The outdoor space has plenty of shade and sunny spaces, and the large wooden dining table invites you to eat outside. The table is provided for 12 people, but there is an extra folding table available. Can be useful for young children. For the very little ones, there is adapted material available. Be sure to give us a heads-up so we can provide this. We are still installing and completing the Ibiza bar (April 2023), and there will certainly be more nice pictures of the finish. The nice thing about the Ibiza bar is that you can choose the colors yourself with a remote control. The windows of the house are to the ground and can be fully open so that you can hear and see the television outside. A little music, mood lighting, nice company and a nice cocktail(s) are the perfect mix for the Spanish sultry evenings. Guest access All spaces are available except the garages. There is a lot of parking space on the premises. Other things to note Animals allowed but on request so we know when a pet is coming. No extra charge. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house. Ashtrays are provided outside on the tables on the grass. Please do not smoke at the large table or in the lounges with textiles in for fire safety. This is because there have already been accidents.
