The perfect space for families & friends. Great views of the golden Hokianga sand dunes. Covered outdoor dining area & extensive decking looking out to the beaches, harbour & sand dunes. You will find a well equipped kitchen with everything there for a great escape. 3 large bedrooms with comfy beds. Must pack own linen for 3 queen beds, 1 single, pillowcases & towels. We provide duvets with clean duvet covers, pillows bath mats & tea towels. A lovely beach holiday house to enjoy! The space Enjoy the tranquility of the Hokianga! A spacious house with its very relaxing vibe & great views, the garden is a work in progress but getting better all the time. We try to do annual improvements to the property. It’s a little quirky but comfy enough. It’s a little McCabe with a little style & definitely a heap of Westie in the mix. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house & property including a great garden to meander thru with extensive pathways. There are no other people on the property other than our guests or if we need a repair person we will get your permission & make a time that suits Other things to note Go for beach walks. Or even better....meander thru the garden & cross the road to the white sandy beach for a refreshing swim! Catch your dinner from the abundant Hokianga waters! Laze about in the arvo sun. Absolutely must do while in the Hokianga is visit Tane Mahuta *Important note for guests*please take all rubbish RUBBISH WILL BE CHARGED $20 per bag to remove. Guests bring own linen.
