The house is featured on Israel's design magazines and has been used as a setting for a few local films. . .The house is a modern 3 story house: The ground floor has a spacious living room which opens up to the deck and the back garden .The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. Right at the entrance there is a guest toilet. The second floor has 3 bedrooms: A master bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bath and toilets, a second bedroom with a bed that underneath is another bed (not the same height) that can sleep 2 people. And a third bedroom with a bed that underneath is another bed that opens (not the same height) and an adjacent shower and toilet there is a third shower and toilets on the floor where the laundry room is .The TV corner in an open space with a wide sofa which can also sleep a single person. The house can sleep 6 people comfortably and a 7th person on the sofa in the TV corner The third floor is an attic where we store our valuables when the house is rented. There is ample parking space outside. Entering the house there is a porch overlooking the garden where we usually entertain friends or enjoy breakfast while listening to the birds on the trees. At the back garden there is a gazebo where we like to sit in the evenings and watch the sunset. Guests have access to the ground floor except for the study and to the second floor that has 3 bedrooms and the TV corner . The 3rd floor apartment is available for an extra price The house is located in a quiet Provence style suburb of Tel Aviv, ideal for kids and families. There are great restaurants within walking distance , a beautiful park and some of the best cafes you can find anywhere in Israel Guests coming to our house need to sign a one page house contract that stipulates that the rent includes all charges and expenses except for the cost of electricity for the Tenancy Period which will be borne by the Tenants according to the meter consumption measured at the times of check in and check out
