Ca la Juanita is a stone house with a large garden, which is rented in its entirety, located in the middle of the village of Navata (Alt Empordà). It is located in a privileged place, towards the East you can reach the best beaches of the Costa Brava (Roses, Llançà, Cadaqués,...), and towards the West it is close to the Garrotxa (Besalú, Castellfollit de la Roca,...). It is also on the threshold of the Pla de l'Estany, where you can't miss a walk around the Banyoles lake. A corner of the Empordà that will make you disconnect! The space It is a 3-floor house with a capacity of 8 people, 2 double bedrooms (one of them, suite), and 3 single bedrooms where there is the possibility of putting an extra bed. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a fireplace and dining room, and a small toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, the suite, a bathroom and a studio in case you want to take the opportunity to "telework" for a while. On the second floor there is a double room. This house has a large garden with a swimming pool, barbecue, different corners to take the fresh air and enjoy nature, a play area for children (wooden cabin, slackline and trampoline). It has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and freezer, and a small sink. Guest access The house has a lot of space, so you can leave the car parked inside the property. In the same village there is a supermarket (SUMA) where you can find everything, including bread, newspapers, and seasonal fruits and vegetables. There is also a butcher shop, pharmacy, and the Can Poncelas village bar, where apart from being able to have a good vermouth, and even a good meal, you have to taste the cakes made by the owner! She also makes them to order. Other things to note It is a house where we are committed to renewable energy, and it is for this reason that this year we have renovated the diesel boiler and installed a pellet boiler, which runs both domestic hot water (DHW) and heating in winter. In addition, most of the day, electricity is produced by the solar panels that we have installed on the roof of the house.
