Guest access Elevator can use only with guest access card. Guest is provided with secure access to the apartment building, with 24 hours security and receptionist. Access to Thamrin city mall Other things to note *many Banks ATM are just beside lobby apartment * If there's no next guest waiting for the room,check out time actually is flexible as long as before 6PM. If I have next guest waiting for the room, check out time is on 11 AM because I have to clean up and prepare for the next guest. * Cleaning room only reserve for guest who book for more than 40 days, will be do 2 times a month --> date and time will arranged by both sides agreement *Guest have to clean common area by them self and we provide all cleaning stuff and spare bed sheets, blankets, rug..etc. Please leave the units in clean and neat condition. *For guest who book more than 3 weeks, guest are required to give copy of government ID (passport/driving licence/ KTP), as required by building management and this is mandatory.
