Umbria Hideaway - Bedchamber

Enjoy our 18th century villa with a true country feeling combined with modern aspects. A Bedroom with an independent entrance and a private bathroom/ensuite. There is no kitchen. Partake in a glass of wine or a relaxing dip in our 17 meters infinity pool .The WiFi is for free but it arrives by satellite which is slower than broadband. We are located in a valley so we are barely connected to the cellular towers. Come here to detox and disconnect by staying in a conservation zone: Natura 2000. The space Azienda Agraria Caimeli is an 18th century olive plantation with a manor house and a guest house located on a 16ha. within a government protected preserve. The manor house/villa has been restored yet has kept its original architecture and decor with all the modern necessities. There is also a Yoga studio of 65 sq. meter located next to the swimming pool. The infinity swimming pool is 17m x 4m and is 1.4m in depth. All of this is surroundedby olive, nut and cherry trees in the green hills of Umbria. There is also a biological garden for fresh vegetables and herbs for your use picked thrice weekly by our caretaker. There are horses on the property which we use for agricultural purposes. If you wish to horseback ride then we can make an appointment with a riding stables for you. You may also have use of our film library so you can just look at our selection and ask the housekeeper for the film you may desire. We also have both fiction and non-fiction for your perusal and enjoyment. We only ask that you either return this book or leave another one for our guests to also enjoy. Your room is on our lower level with heavenly orthopedic mattresses to sleep deeply in. You will have your own private en-suite bathroom and a separate entrance. The beds can be made as two singles or as a matrimonial. Please inform me which that you prefer. Guest access Everything on the property DVD collection During your stay If I am there then I normally offer an invitation to a barbecue or a dinner to enjoy whatever I maybe creating in the kitchen with some Umbrian wine either Rose, White or Red.
