Rent the whole house/3000m2 outdoors. Nature, tranquility, well-connected village, swimming pool, art, garden. The total number of guests is 11/cannot be exceeded, we rent per guest/+ guests/events/consult. Saltwater pool, available year-round. Suite 1, 2 and 3 with private bathrooms. The village festivals are the first weekend of August or the end of July. 1h 30min/beach - 1h 30min/ski slopes. With 2 guests + baby/toddler we use the main suite 1/ask. The space Artistic construction with a spacious dining/living room, with air conditioning and works of art. Bedroom suite 1 with queen size bed, single trundle bed + single bed in trundle drawer +air conditioning + private full bathroom/ next door with door en suite 1: Bedroom suite 2 queen size bed, single bed (Canapé), with air conditioning and private bathroom + private exit. Suite 3, upstairs with queen bed + single sofa bed + air conditioning + private bathroom + TV. Access is from the outside. Full kitchen, central gas heating with radiators and wood-burning stove with radiators use €35 with (olive and almond wood 50kg) Bathroom heaters. Wifi. 50" SMART TV, Sound system. The pool is 7 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 1.45 meters deep, the jets are turned on 3 times a day. Pool open year-round, weather permitting. The reserved property has the house area with garden, barbecue, parking, rest areas, pool area, and the donkey area. Plot below the gardens with organic garden and olive trees. Guest access Barbecue €10/use (we prepare it, put in the firewood and clean up). Outdoor fire €10/use (plus use of firewood for a fee). There is an organic garden, and a fenced area for donkeys. Gardens with a fenced natural salt pool, olive grove, sculptures and art. Semi-fenced property. The pool, gardens and orchard are maintained by my family, (mother, me) so we can be seen in the gardens and pool sometimes at certain times. Pool, garden and donkey cleaning at 7 am and 3 pm. There are cats in the more than 2000m2 of gardens. In the orchard (plot below adjacent) we can be seen doing chores. Other things to note The house is for the people who book it. No one else who has not registered as dictated by the government may enter. Visits by other people must be communicated and if they make use of the accommodation they will have an additional cost. Loud music is not allowed, and low music is not allowed during the hours it is not allowed, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Inside, it could be very low without disturbing. 4km from our small and quiet village there are shops, a market, gas station, medical center, etc. Baked bread is sold in the village every day except Sundays in the square at 9 am. There may be cats in the gardens. The house is totally private for guests, in the gardens, orchard and pool area. My family (mother, me) may be maintaining the gardens and pool at certain times.
