The space This bright duplex apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional building (without elevator) in the heart of Ruzafa, one of Valencia’s most vibrant neighborhoods. It offers two bedrooms: one on the entry level floor with a double bed (150×200 cm) and another on the upper floor with a single bed (90×190 cm), for a restful night’s sleep. There is also a spacious walk-in closet for your belongings and a small balcony overlooking the street. The living room is bright and comfortable, featuring a three-seater sofa bed, Smart TV, and a dining table for four. From here, you can access the terrace, a perfect spot to relax outdoors — enjoy breakfast, read a book, or simply unwind under the Valencian sun. The bathroom features a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap). A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for home cooking: oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, and tableware.
