There is also a desk and lightning-fast WiFi. Bathroom features a double vanity and large shower. Living room features a 65” 4K SmartTV, fun board games, books, puzzles, and even a vintage Super Mario Bros pinball machine! And there’s open floor space with beautiful views for morning yoga. Our home is on over 5-acres of natural landscape great for wildlife/bird watching, perched high on Powell Butte, for amazing sunsets. The outdoor patio offers a salt water hot tub, wood burning fireplace, and seating to enjoy the expansive view. Guest access Parking is on the south side of the property in the gravel area next to the two car garage. Guests enter through the apartment door/private entrance just to the left of the main entrance and the apartment is up one flight of stairs on the second floor. The apartment is completely locked off and private from the main house. Guests have use of the shared outdoor spaces that include the front patio and south end of the back patio that encompass the hot tub, fireplace and two Adirondack chairs. Other things to note No parties, smoking, or drugs. And although we love furry friends, no pets please.
