Located just a short walk from the ocean, in the heart of the Notre-Dame-de-Monts forest, Villa Tanzania offers a getaway inspired by African landscapes. With a surface area of 80 m² and accommodating up to 10 guests, it provides a warm and welcoming setting. Its private, not-overlooked terrace and private spa make it an ideal place for a relaxing stay in the Vendée region. With its 4 bedrooms and capacity for up to 10 guests, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Living Room & Kitchen This well-decorated 80 m² house can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features a bright living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware). The villa also includes a TV, washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as a plancha grill for outdoor meals. Sleeping Area The sleeping area consists of four comfortable bedrooms, each offering double beds. A convertible sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Private Outdoor Area Outside, enjoy a beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, and outdoor lounge set), perfect for relaxing or sharing meals outdoors. The villa also features a private 6-person spa (optional), located in the garden for a true moment of relaxation. Domaine Le Sherwood Experience Villa Tanzania is located within Domaine Le Sherwood, a private and secure estate surrounded by nature. Guests have access to leisure facilities available at reception, including board games, pétanque, Mölkky, rackets, and paddle equipment. The estate benefits from a prime location close to local shops, the ferry terminal for Île d’Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier, and the seaside resort of Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Check-in from 4:00 PM Check-out by 10:00 AM Guest access Villa Tanzanie is located in the heart of the Domaine Le Sherwood, entirely pedestrian and gated at night. The Villa and its private garden are entirely at your disposal and without overlooking neighbours. Other things to note Private and gated parking at night. If you wish to arrive earlier or extend your stay by a few hours, we offer early check-in and late check-out for €50 (subject to availability, by reservation). The private SPA is optional, at a cost of €40 for the duration of the stay. Bed linen is provided. Towels are not provided. A towel kit rental is €7 per person. You can also rent bathrobes at €5 per person. Pets under 25kg and non-noisy are accepted for €15. The accommodation must be returned clean (washed and put away dishes, bed(s) stripped, cleaned fridge, bathroom, kitchen and floors washed, bins emptied). If you do not wish to clean, you can choose to take the end-of-stay cleaning package for €95. You can also request a mid-stay clean for €39 (please notify us a minimum of 3 days before the service). If you wish, we can provide a baby kit for an additional €15. This kit includes a travel cot (with mattress and mattress protector), a high chair and a baby bath. A security deposit of €750 will be requested upon arrival by bank card pre-authorisation (the amount is not debited and is released upon departure).
