A small house in the heart of the city

Small independent house, completely renovated, in the heart of the city (20 m from the covered market, 250 m from the beach and 100 m from the post office, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, restaurants and convenience stores). Once there, you'll be able to do anything on foot: go to the beach, shop, or any other leisure activity. The space The house is located on the 2nd line from the street. It is accessed through the lobby of a building. Right next to the house is a former municipal parking lot that was sold to build a building. The developer is in the preparatory phase, some days of the week there may be work and therefore noise between 8am and 5pm, which is why we have lowered the price of the house to compensate for possible noise pollution. The interior is composed of a living room – kitchen of about 22 m2 on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The first bedroom consists of a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe with hangers. The second is equipped with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet. Linens are provided, as well as towels, shower gel and shampoo. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary condiments for cooking as well as cleaning products. Living near Lille, we cannot systematically welcome our guests. The front door handle comes with a code that allows you to enter without difficulty. A trusted person residing in Le Touquet is nearby if there are any issues.
