Room in apartment

You will live in a quit area very close to the city center and the beach. Wifi. The space The house is build in 1929 and the old feeling is still left though it is a modern apartment. The room is big and bright, facing a park. It is only ten minutes walk to the beach and 15 to the center of Malmoe. There is a launderyroom in the basement with 2 big washingmashines, tumble dryer and a room to hang up clothings to dry. We have a fee of 85 euro per stay for bedlinnen, towels and final cleaning. You pay this upon arrival. Guest access You will have full access to the kitchen, that is fully equipped with gasstove, dishwasher, micro, waterboiler freezer, fridge and kitchen utensils. The bathroom and toilett are right by your room. I rent out two rooms via Airbnb and if both rooms are occupied, you will share bathroom and toilet. During your stay I will not disturb you during your stay. Just let me know if there is anything I can do to help you! Other things to note We take a fee of 85 euro for final cleaning of room when leaving. You pay the fee up on arrival.
