Private flat in country home

This privately accessed guest suite is part of a large family bungalow. Our family live in the rest of the house but the suite is self contained with its own entrance allowing guests to come and go as they please. Please note: The apartment is set up with one single bed in the bedroom. We find short stays work best, for business travellers or tourists passing through. The apartment has a single bedroom which is a private space, but has shared laundry and storage facilities. Less than 10 minutes from both M1 and A1, close to the facilities of Moira, Waringstown and Lurgan. Ample secure parking. Suitable for tourists passing through or those travelling for work. 15 minutes from Craigavon Hospital and Seagoe industries. During your stay Although guests are free to come and go at their own leisure, I will be around to answer any questions or to be of assistance. Am happy to communicate via text as well. We require occasional access to shared laundry and storage space within the the utility area. Other things to note We offer a light complimentary breakfast to all guests. Our rural setting is especially popular with healthcare professionals and those travelling in key-workers industries, the flat provides an excellent working from home option for a short timeframe.
